Only one player was allowed to play with him with no duplicates in other teams. The only thing even close to that I can think of from the Warhammer IP is Triton from Man O'War. Therefore I think Gor-rok would make for a more realistic faction leader for Itza.) He's basically the fantasy equivalent of the GEOM. (I know that some people want him as a LL as he's the rightful ruler of Itza, but the guy's a lifeless husk with zero personality that only springs to life in the absolute direst of circumstances to save the day. Perform the necessary requirements and you can awaken him to utterly annihilate the foe with his magical nukes. But that's not doing for fairly obvious I think Lord Kroak would work fantastically as the LM equivalent of the Green Knight.
Is there any neutral character or monster that could potentially be summoned by all factions? Something like binding a major daemon to your will (Bel'akor, maybe?), but that would work only for chaos factions. Translated to Total War, it would be an item that, if you hold on it long enough, you would be able to summon a very strong monster, hero or lord. If you hold it for long enough, you get the ability to summon either Sauron or Galadrielle, depending on your faction.
